Floor Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun caring bubbly person to join our team at our Oving setting, To be the floor manager working with a team, you will need to have a good understanding of the EYFS, safegurading which we will train you in and keep you up dated.
An understanding of SEND and children's individual needs, we are a forest school so we like to get outside everyday in all weather and let the children explore as well as having a home from home environment with in our setting.
You will need to be able to work as a team as well as be able to deliver quality activities to develop all children's learning, and get them ready for the next stage of there life. along side supporting your team and keeping up to date with all acts with in the sector. we are flexible as we can be and would like to find the right person to join our family and help us grow.
