We have maintained a Michelin green star for the last three years and we are working towards our B corp certification. We have a garden project on the outskirts of Bath where we grow our own vegetables and keep bees and we work closely with organic growers in the area..

Job Summary:

We/'re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in management or supervising a restaurant. As an Floor Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily ops of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and support to the team in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Assist in managing all aspects of the restaurant, including supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Support the Manager in creating a positive work environment for all staff members

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

- Knowledge of bar tending techniques and beverage service

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

- Basic wine knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
