We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations within our establishment. As the Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff on the floor to ensure smooth operations. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the establishment. Manage team dynamics, providing support and guidance to staff members. Ensure that customer service is consistently excellent, addressing any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and quality control. Conduct training sessions for new employees on operational procedures and safety protocols. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to prevent shortages.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent supervisory skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with staff and customers. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to help resolve conflicts efficiently.
