We are looking for a supervisor to join our Islington team.


About the role:


You will be responsible for the supervision of the Lucky Voice operation in the venue. The holder of the Lucky Voice flame: ultimately responsible for the delivery of the Lucky Voice brand and brand values to a uniformly high standard, whilst creating a personalised environment where each guest feels welcomed and appreciated.

Ensure that all guests have a great Lucky Voice experience by being upbeat, friendly, fun, professional and super-efficient Have a thorough and total understanding of all aspects of the Lucky Voice product Leading and motivating your team to provide the very best customer experience Protect the licence to trade by following company guidance Protect the safety of all venue staff and customers by adhering to our Health and safety policy Protect & maintain the fabric of the building through weekly assessment & communicate any issues that arise, so they can be addressed as soon as possible in order to not impact on the guest experience You will personally need to deal with any complaints that arise during the service period, in a cool, calm & professional manner at all times with a strong focus on leading by example.

About You:

Excellent leadership Skills Exceptional organisation, planning and administration skills You are a confident communicator and thrive in a team environment, You show initiative, find new ways to help the broader business reach its goals using previous experience Able to manage a varied workload, balancing scheduled tasks with requests for assistance from the team. Be positive, approachable and motivational, guiding the team to maximise sales and revenue.
