We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to join our team in creating memorable dining experiences at The Little Door and Co in [City]. This role is pivotal in ensuring our guests enjoy a homely, neighbourhood style atmosphere while upholding our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery Lead and manage the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Experience in restaurant operations, including food preparation and service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Passion for providing outstanding guest experiences Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
