Summary



We are seeking a passionate Floor Manager to join our team at The Little Door and Co in the heart of our vibrant venue. This role is pivotal in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service while fostering a welcoming environment that aligns with our brand's values. The Floor Manager will play a key role in enhancing our unique dining experiences.

Responsibilities


Oversee daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth service delivery.



Lead and manage the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment. Train staff on service standards and hospitality best practices. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the venue. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Monitor customer feedback to continuously improve service quality. Assist in planning and executing special events or themed nights.

Qualifications


Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Previous experience in event planning is a plus.
