Summary



We are seeking a Floor Manager to join our dynamic team at The Little Door and Co in the heart of the community. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable experience that aligns with our mission of providing a homely, neighborhood-style atmosphere.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Implement and maintain food safety standards throughout the venue. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Organize special events and themed nights to enhance guest engagement. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cocktail bar management or similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Experience in hospitality or culinary fields is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
