As a

Floor Manager

, you'll take responsibility for daily service and the guest journey on your section. From briefings and table management to supporting the wider front-of-house team, you'll ensure service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Who we are looking for:

1-2 years' experience

in a supervisory or floor management role Excellent knowledge of premium service standards Confident leading a team on the floor and managing guest flow Experience supporting with

rota planning and floor operations

The on target earning potential for this role is 44,330 / per annum - comprising a base salary of 33,930, plus a qualified estimate of 10,400 in gratuities and service charge.*
