An exciting opportunity to be part of the fabulous Cabana family! Our stunning

restaurant is in need of an Floor Member.

Cabana is the home of the mighty flame-grilled Spicy Malagueta Chicken! Our restaurants are Latin American inspired known for fabulous grills and cocktails delivered in a vibrant, buzzing atmosphere!

We are ideally looking for an

Floor Member

who:

Deliver our core focus; To lift people's spirits & create memorable experiences

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest

Welcome and acknowledge guests as they arrive at the restaurant

Escort guests to their tables and present menus

Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods

Take accurate orders, ensuring special requests, allergens and dietary restrictions are noted

Input orders into the POS system and ensure they are communicated to the kitchen promptly

Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns

Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests

Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth flow of service

Assist in opening and closing duties as needed, including setup and close down of the restaurant Outgoing, dedicated to their role and keen to build and grow an enthusiastic and hardworking team

Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations at all times

Are available full time and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays

Have a good personality and a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Is consistent and reliable and an excellent team player
