What You'll Do:

Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and drink orders, and serve them efficiently Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth service Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area Handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant
What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods Strong team spirit and willingness to help wherever needed Attention to detail and a positive attitude A genuine passion for delivering great customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 11.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
