Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and service, with a strong background in catering, serving, and food preparation.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Take orders accurately and efficiently, serving food and beverages in a timely manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Handle cash transactions responsibly while adhering to company policies. Support barista duties as needed, preparing coffee and other beverages to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential. Experience in catering or serving roles is highly advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving service delivery. Barista experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
