Job Description

We are looking to expand our team and hire Floor Staff/Glass Collectors who have a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service to join our team at The Ivy Lodge.

Our Floor staff are an integral part of our team and their duties will include but not be limited too:

Taking orders from customers and delivering drinks to the table
Maintaining the cleanliness of the venue
Collecting glasses
Replenishing stock
Seating pre booked guests to their tables
We are part of the exciting Shiprow Village Development, and is a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding Shiprow Village team which includes venues such as Malones Irish Bar, Aberdeen Douglas Hotel and The Old Workshop Bar to name a few.

The successful applicants will ideally have the following skills/experience:

Customer Service Skills
Working as part of a team
We have a fantastic online and in-house training program and career development path, along with a competitive salary.

Due to the nature of this role, this will involve working late in the evenings and weekends and full training will be provided to the successful candidates.

The successful candidate must fully eligible to work within the UK and must be 18 years of age due to licencing requirements.
