Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Take orders accurately and efficiently, communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Support catering events by setting up and clearing tables, as well as serving food and beverages. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any concerns or feedback.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Experience as a barista would be beneficial for those applying for roles involving drinks service. A passion for providing excellent customer service and a friendly disposition are essential qualities for success in this role.
