Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations within the market and dining areas, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Supervise and support the management, the floor and kp teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Train new employees on working procedures, safety protocols, and service standards. Ensure the cleanliness of the venue at all times, to ensure an appealing and clean environment for our guests. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with management to drive the team and business forward.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable, showcasing strong team management skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing team members. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and guests alike. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: 12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
