The Role
We're looking for a hands-on
Floor Supervisor
to lead front-of-house operations, support our bar and kitchen teams, and ensure guests have a seamless experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities
Supervise service staff across floor, bar, and simulator bays Oversee daily service and support private events Handle guest issues and ensure smooth operations Train and motivate team members Monitor stock levels and uphold hygiene standards
What You'll Need
Experience in a hospitality supervisor or team leader role Great communication and leadership skills A team-first mindset and strong attention to detail Hospitality/bar/kitchen experience is a plus
