We're Hiring: Floor Supervisor (30-40 hours/week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a

dynamic and experienced Floor Supervisor

to oversee daily operations in our hospitality venue. The ideal candidate is energetic, multitasking, and passionate about guest service. You will lead a small team, ensure smooth floor operations, and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the floor team, ensuring smooth daily operations

Serve tables

, prepare/serve drinks, and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee cleanliness and organization throughout the venue (especially on slower days) Monitor food and beverage service to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient attention Support team members through coaching, motivation, and example Handle guest issues professionally and ensure overall satisfaction Maintain service standards, safety regulations, and hygiene policies Assist with staff scheduling and optimise staffing during shifts Collaborate with management on promotions or special events

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Floor Supervisor

or similar role in restaurants, cafes, or hotels Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in both fast-paced and calm settings Knowledge of food service basics; experience in food safety and kitchen processes is a plus Strong leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on attitude Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in hospitality roles (restaurant, hotel, barista, etc.) is highly advantageous
