As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant floor, overseeing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring all staff are performing their duties efficiently. Assist in food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet our quality standards. Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and best practices within the kitchen and dining areas. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining spaces.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 11.44-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
