What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant Leading service on the floor, ensuring seamless and high-quality guest experiences Coaching and motivating the team to deliver excellent hospitality at all times Managing bookings, floor plans and guest flow with care and efficiency Maintaining high standards in cleanliness, presentation, and health & safety
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a

Supervisor or Senior Waiter

in a quality-led hospitality environment A hands-on leader with a genuine passion for people and service Organised, confident and calm under pressure Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude A desire to grow and develop within an ambitious hospitality group
