Lead by example during busy services, ensuring smooth floor operations Supervise and support junior waiters and runners Be a key point of contact for guests, ensuring every experience exceeds expectations Handle floor plans, pacing, and covers with confidence and precision Communicate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams
What We're Looking For
Experience in a similar supervisory role in a premium hospitality setting Calm under pressure and confident in leading a team Professional, warm, and guest-focused Strong organisational skills and a love for detail A passion for food, wine, and outstanding service
