Your Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the supervision and control of the cleaning and servicing of all bedrooms, public areas, and linen porters in the hotel. To ensure the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel, and well maintained public areas and rooms. To ensure that all guest rooms and public areas adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards. To lead and develop the Housekeeping team and provide a naturally friendly, helpful and responsive level of service for our guests. To train and develop the team to their fullest potential, encouraging them to become fully rounded employees. To ensure that all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and any breaches in standards are reported to the Head Housekeeper. To assist the Head Housekeeper in identifying training opportunities for the team and ensuring that they receive timely feedback on their performance. To assist the Head Housekeeper in maintaining and developing our partnership with our external housekeeping provider. To maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to find solutions to challenges.


Qualifications

Your skills:

You have a high level of verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills. You have experience of Micros Fidelio Opera or a similar property management system. You have experience of monitoring and implementing Health & Safety procedures
