The Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will:
Oversee daily floor operations within the Members' Club, ensuring service excellence throughout each shift.
Support the management team with training, briefings, and quality control.
Lead by example in delivering refined, guest-focused service.
Collaborate with the bar, kitchen, and reservations teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated flow.
Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues with discretion and empathy.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture, with a deep appreciation for luxury hospitality.
You will have:
Experience as a supervisor or senior waiter in a luxury hotel, bar, or private members' club.
Strong people management and communication skills.
The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
A guest-first mindset and calm professionalism under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise service teams, ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints.
Deliver and uphold The Twenty Two's service standards and rituals.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and monitor staff performance.
Work closely with management to identify training needs and development opportunities.
Contribute to maintaining an engaging and welcoming club atmosphere.
Support operational duties, from table planning to member relations.
