Summary

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the venue to ensure smooth service.

Lead and motivate a team of hospitality staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Manage food preparation and service to uphold quality standards. Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed. Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient food production. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Support the onboarding and training of new team members. Uphold the brand's vision by fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.'

Qualifications

Proven supervising or team management experience within hospitality or restaurant settings.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff. Excellent knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and hospitality operations. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in restaurant or venue management is preferred. Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.'
