Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Provide leadership and guidance to the floor staff.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Train new employees on job duties, policies, and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong culinary knowledge and experience in food production is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with ease
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
