We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Floor Supervisor

to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent service, and a solid background in food preparation and restaurant management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction, and contribute to the smooth running of our establishment.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant floor team, ensuring efficient service delivery. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards. Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and provide ongoing training to staff members. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards across all areas. Assist in food production when necessary, supporting culinary staff during busy periods. Monitor customer service levels, addressing any issues promptly to enhance guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews and onboarding new team members.

Requirements



Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and food production processes. Experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles is highly desirable. Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff. Background in hospitality, including restaurant or hotel experience. Familiarity with serving procedures and maintaining high standards of customer service. Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety legislation, and hygiene standards. Previous experience as a barista or in bar service is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
