Flooring Sales Estimator - C & D Flooring Services Limited

At C & D Flooring Services, we're known for delivering high-quality flooring packages across commercial, residential, education, healthcare and public sector projects. Now, as our presence expands, we're looking for a self-driven, commercially minded Estimator to join our growing team.

You'll be working on a wide range of projects from floor coverings (carpet, vinyl, linoleum, LVT) to subfloor prep - collaborating with clients, suppliers and our delivery teams to ensure accurate, competitive pricing. We also provide bespoke blinds and hygienic wall cladding.

What we're looking for:

We're open to different levels of experience - whether you've worked in estimating for flooring, or in a related area of construction - what matters is that you bring:

Previous estimating experience whether in flooring or another area of construction. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Clear communication - both written and verbal Good organisation and time management skills A proactive mindset and willingness to learn A full UK driving licence (some site visits may be required) Computer skills for software (training can be given)

What you'll be doing:

Preparing accurate take-offs and estimates for flooring projects Building quotes and tender packages for submission to main contractors Sourcing material costs and labour rates Identifying risks, clarifications, and value engineering opportunities Supporting the team through tender handovers and pre-construction meetings Building positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Actively looking for opportunities in the market

What We're Looking For:
