30k plus salary depending on experience along with monthly commission.

We are currently seeking a Sales/Estimator with proven experience in the flooring trade to become a key member of our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, supportive environment where your expertise and input will be truly valued.

The Role:

Meeting clients both in-store and on-site to discuss flooring needs Measuring and estimating jobs accurately Preparing and presenting quotes Offering expert product advice and guidance Liaising with fitters and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery Maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding our excellent reputation
Requirements:

Experience in the flooring industry is essential Strong measuring and estimation skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Confidence working both independently and as part of a team A proactive and positive attitude Full UK driving licence
