Flooring Sales Assistant

to join our friendly and dedicated team.

In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through our extensive product range and helping them make informed decisions to transform their homes or businesses. Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on our comprehensive range of flooring products, including carpets, vinyl, laminate, wood, and LVT. Accurately quote for flooring installations (training provided if necessary) Maintain an organised and appealing showroom, ensuring displays are well-stocked and clean. Handle customer enquiries and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in flooring sales is a significant advantage, but not strictly necessary if you have strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. A genuine passion for interiors, design, and helping customers achieve their vision. Strong numeracy and attention to detail for accurate measurements and quotes. Basic IT literacy (experience with sales software or CRM systems is a plus). A positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility To Work Holiday Cover.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
