Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Flooring Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Hatfields Furnishers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and offering effective marketing suggestions to enhance our brand presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through exceptional customer service.
Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Oversee all aspects the sales process from estimating to installation offering accuracy and attention to detail.
Contribute ideas and assistance to our in-house marketing team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the retail industry. Flooring experience would be a real advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent attention to detail, confident with measurements and numbers.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
The store opening hours are 10am-5pm so the position offers a good work-life balance.
