The Role

Responsibilities
Advise customers on the best drink choices
Deliver exceptional service at all times
Defuse customer complaints and involve management when necessary
Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene;
Maintain a good working relationship with both colleagues and customers;
Help to maintain a good working environment within the company and good working relationships with all other departments in the Company;
Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required;
Carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Manager
Ensure the area you are responsible for is clean and organised as per company expectation
Ensuring that all smashed glass, spillages and spoilages are recorded properly and are cleared to our high standard.
Be fully conversant with the Licensing Act 2003;
Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premise by reporting any possible hazards and conditions to the Manager;
Have a general awareness of Health and Safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertaken
