Job Description

```Duties:
- Stock and arrange flowers and plants in the shop

- Create floral bouquets & arrangements for daily deliveries and collections
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and plants for their needs
- Take orders over the phone or in person
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral shop

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a florist
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and arrangement creation
- Cash handling experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 42 per week
