A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Monitoring SCADA and CCTV to maintain the smooth and efficient flow of the automation, escalating issues directly to Dematic Engineers Escalating issues and engaging with stakeholders to resolve them whilst minimizing the operational impact Review SCADA data to identify reoccurring mechanical downtime and plans in maintenance with the engineering team Support root cause analysis for nonstandard events and the execution of remedial actions to mitigate the risk or re-occurrence
