We're a fresh, fast-growing company bringing high-quality flowers and plants to communities across Kent. We're expanding our team and looking for energetic, reliable people who love working outdoors, enjoy talking to customers, and take pride in running a pitch as if it were their own.

What You'll Be Doing

Running one of our flower & plant stalls in

Swanley, Gillingham, Marden, New Ash Green, Gravesend

or surrounding areas Setting up and packing down the stall (keeping everything tidy, safe, and looking great) Creating eye-catching displays that make customers stop, smile, and buy Serving customers, offering advice, and delivering great service with a friendly attitude Handling payments and cash/card transactions Keeping stock topped up and well presented throughout the day Maintaining a clean, organised, professional-looking pitch at all times Representing our brand with pride -- you're the face of the business!

What We're Looking For

A

A bit of sales instinct -- you enjoy helping people and turning interest into sales Someone who likes taking ownership and making a pitch "their own" Good with presentation -- neat, tidy, and takes pride in how things look Ability to work

weekends (minimum)

Extra weekday shifts available for the right person

Driving licence is a big advantage

(van driving), but not essential Physically able to lift stock, set up displays, and move items when needed Honest, trustworthy, and wants to grow with the business

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
