About the Role

365 People are currently recruiting 3 experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join our busy operation in Lichfield. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for professional drivers with a solid background in the pallet network industry, including experience loading double-decker vehicles. 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM (flexible start times available depending on candidate availability)

Responsibilities

Transporting full truckloads (FTL) of palletised goods across the UK Loading and unloading vehicles, including double-decker trailers Performing daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Completing all relevant paperwork and maintaining accurate records Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Counterbalance driving experience Essential: Previous experience in the pallet industry Essential: Experience loading double-decker vehicles An external FLT licence is preferred but in house licences may be considered Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently

Assessments and Induction

All candidates are required to complete a 2-hour unpaid assessment Assessments usually start from 2 pm Inductions will be arranged for successful candidates prior to starting the role Final start times will be confirmed following successful assessment
