Job Description
The Role:
As an FLT Driver, you will be an integral part of our warehouse team, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods. Your key duties will include:
Operating counterbalance forklift trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. Stacking and unstacking products in designated areas. Assisting with goods in and goods out processes, including checking deliveries. Ensuring accurate stock rotation and placement. Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and company procedures. Performing daily pre-shift checks on the FLT and reporting any defects. Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence Proven experience operating FLTs in a busy warehouse environment. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
