Location: WST Coventry

Hours: Night Shift based on 18:00-06:00 Monday- Friday (hours may vary)

Salary: Night rate

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Forklift Loader / Transport admin to oversee the safe and efficient loading of goods and manage our night transport operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring smooth logistics from dusk till dawn.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to load and unload goods safely and accurately Supervise and coordinate a team of night drivers and warehouse staff Ensure all transport and loading activities meet safety and compliance standards Monitor delivery schedules, resolve any delays or issues in real-time Conduct end-of-shift reports and handovers for day staff Maintain accurate records of stock, and transport documentation
Requirements:

Valid forklift license (preferred, but not essential) Proven experience in a logistics, warehouse, or transport admin role Strong understanding of transport regulations and health & safety standards Excellent communication and team leadership skills Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
