Machine Operator with Counterbalance FLT

We're currently recruiting a

Machine Operator

with a valid

Counterbalance Forklift Licence

to join a busy, well-established operation. This role involves general warehouse duties, machine operating, stock movement using forklifts, and supporting the day-to-day logistics of the site.

Hours:

6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday to Friday) 8:00pm - 6:00am (Monday to Thursday)
Key Responsibilities:

Safe loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles Supplying production with correct raw materials by interpreting job requirements Operating Counterbalance forklift trucks to move goods around the warehouse Accurate inventory handling using the warehouse management system (WMS) Manual handling and heavy lifting when required Keeping the workspace clean, tidy, and safe Assisting with incoming deliveries and dispatch operations Waste handling in line with site procedures Supporting stock counts and other warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For:

Valid

Counterbalance FLT licence

(essential) Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable Confident using warehouse equipment and systems Ability to work on a rotating shift basis Physically fit and capable of manual handling Good attention to detail and basic numeracy
