Based in Dungannon, we design, manufacture, and support our equipment for clients across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the US.

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable

FLT/Yard Person

to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, maintaining yard organisation, and supporting production and logistics activities.

This is a hands-on role in a busy manufacturing environment that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload vehicles, ensuring all goods are handled and stored correctly. Maintain yard organisation and cleanliness at all times. Support production by moving materials and components between departments. Assist with dispatch preparation and goods-in/goods-out documentation. Conduct basic checks and maintenance of FLT equipment. Follow all health & safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents. Support stock control processes as required. Assist in general yard and facility upkeep.

Essential Criteria

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Strong awareness of health and safety practices. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a positive attitude.

Desirable Criteria

Experience working in an engineering or fabrication environment. Knowledge of waste or recycling equipment handling.

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required during busy periods.
