We are seeking a proactive and personable Distributor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering products efficiently and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Responsibilities

Deliver products to clients accurately and on time, ensuring all orders are fulfilled according to company standards. Locations include public spaces, shopping centres and high density population areas around London. Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Promote our brand through effective communication and customer engagement during deliveries. Organise delivery schedules in collaboration with the logistics team to optimise routes and efficiency. Keep detailed records of deliveries, including any issues encountered or feedback received from clients. Assist in stock management by reporting inventory levels and replenishment needs during deliveries. Support marketing initiatives by distributing promotional materials or samples as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service roles is advantageous. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients. Bilingual abilities are preferred to better serve our multicultural customer base. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Valid driving licence suitable for operating company vehicles or lorries. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
