Job Purpose

The UK FM Administrator plays a vital role within the Formulation Management (FM) Department, within the Operations team at Brixworth supporting UKM and wider global teams including development teams in the UK and sales offices in France and Germany. The role ensures the integrity and efficiency of formulation change processes, raw material stock management, cross-functional communication and customer satisfaction.
Tasks and Responsibilities

The UK Formulation Management (FM) Administrator role has the following key responsibilities:
Daily review of customer order lines impacted to RM constraints to find the most efficient and effective way to meet customer requested dates. Working with Purchasing and Planning to pro-actively review identified RM supply issues to mitigate the impact of these across the demand base. To maintain the CPL group raw material, base and solution palette. To develop, test and implement replacements of 'phase out' and discontinued raw materials. To control and action formulation amendments as a result of: + Changing customer requirements
+ Discontinued raw materials
+ Changing regulations
+ Cost and efficiency improvements
To support development teams with formula queries. To provide a link between perfumery, purchasing, regulatory, production planning and quality control to improve communication and efficiency. To pro-actively lead the slow moving RM, SL and MP item review for UKM and propose changes/facilitiate actions to reduce waste and maximise efficiency of the manufacturing processes and stock holding.
