The roleManchester Airport is looking for an FM Asset Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring our estate and critical infrastructure operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-profile environment where your expertise will make a real difference every day.In this role you'll provide technical expertise on MAN's Hard FM Asset portfolio (including HVAC, Fire and Life Safety Systems etc) to ensure performance and compliance within relevant Statutory Regulations. You'll identify lifecycle needs to optimally manage the performance of MAN's Infrastructure Assets and balance the need for fit for purpose infrastructure assets whilst maximising the best possible whole life cycle benefits. You'll also manage change to the existing asset base to ensure that all Infrastructure Assets are recorded and updated in a standard format and correctly inputted into the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS).What will make you successful in the role?We are looking for someone with experience in Hard FM, with a strong focus on HVAC systems in a complex or regulated environment and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, compliance requirements, and asset management principles.
