We are seeking a motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to join our dynamic team in a FMCG Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to analyse data effectively. The National Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base while collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Analyse client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Utilise Hubspot to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver solutions tailored to client requirements.
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement strategies.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback for management review.
Requirements
Proven experience in FMCG account management or a related sales role is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
