In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of our retail partnerships - working closely with major accounts to bring our joint business plans to life, analyse sales performance, lead flawless product launches, and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with our retail partners.

In more detail your role will include

:



Account Coordination & Execution





Support the Senior NAM in the day-to-day running of major retail and e-tail accounts such as Space NK, John Lewis, Sephora, Harrods and THG Assist in the execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) including promotional activities, launches, and campaign tracking Manage internal processes to ensure timely submissions of NPDs, forecasts, marketing assets, and copy

Sales Support & Analysis





Track weekly and monthly sales performance; highlight risks and opportunities Support forecasting processes by consolidating data, identifying trends, and coordinating with the supply chain Provide key reporting and insights to internal stakeholders, helping drive strategic account decisions

Launch & Promo Execution





Coordinate NPD launches, ensuring assets, stock, and promotional plans are aligned across teams Support trade marketing execution, including ordering POS, tracking campaign assets, and evaluating effectiveness Liaise with retail and e-tail partners to support marketing activation and maximise product visibility

Cross-Functional Collaboration





Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Education, Finance, and Operations to ensure flawless execution of plans Support the team with retailer, e-tailer meetings, presentations, and planning sessions

Market Awareness & Relationship Building





Maintain strong day-to-day communication with external partners to build trust and ensure alignment Stay on top of competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behaviour to feed into team discussions

We would love to hear from you if you:





Have a proven track record in managing e-tail & retail accounts within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industries. Preferably have experience working with THG Have a strong analytical mindset, confident working with sales data, forecasts, and KPIs Are highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects across stakeholders Have a proactive and positive approach; comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Posess strong communication skills and relationship-building capabilities Have experience with THG, Space NK or similar retailers is desirable Are passionate about skincare and a desire to grow in a commercial career path
