Founded in 2018 and now part of the ERGO Group, we act as an in-house third-party administrator (TPA), managing a variety of claims, Motor, Property, and Liability for both internal and external clients.

We're a tech-led business that designs and builds our own claims management solutions from the ground up. Our innovative platform helps us deliver a modern, seamless experience for customers while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness for our partners.

The Opportunity

As an FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Claims handler, you'll be the first point of contact for customers during some of their most stressful moments. You'll learn to guide them through the claims journey with empathy, professionalism, and clarity developing valuable skills in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer calls Manage shared inboxes, triaging and responding to claims promptly Accurately record claim information in our case management system Keep policyholders informed throughout the claim lifecycle Collaborate with teammates to ensure outstanding service delivery Build trust with customers, clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Experience in customer service Phone based customer service preferred A genuine passion for helping people A polite, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Eagerness to learn new systems and develop professionally A collaborative team player with a positive outlook

Requirements:

Full Time (35 hours a week), Permanent Office based, Colchester CO1 1TG
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 22,222.20 per year
