has been in operation for over 35 years and is the UK's leading supplier of foam concrete. The Company is further expanding the team and are looking to employ a Foam Concrete Operative.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated foam concrete operative to join our team, with a clear pathway to progressing into a Supervisor role. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with site experience who are eager to develop leadership skills and advance their career. The Company will provide hands-on training and a structured career development to help you progress.

Key Responsibilities

:

Mixing, preparing and installing foam concrete on site Operating and maintaining foam concrete machinery and equipment Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and procedures Assist in quality control and material handling Working closely with site supervisors to manage site co-ordination and logistics Assist our concrete pump operators Assist with site inspections Attend site inductions and company site safety briefings Adhere to Method Statements and Risk Assessments Adhere to Company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate:

CSCS card (essential) Driving Licence (essential) with C1 (preferable) SSSTS (preferable) Willing to work across the UK and work away from home Minimum of 2 years' experience within construction A positive and enthusiastic attitude Keen to learn about the product and develop new skills Well organised, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills Team player
