11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (includes a 2-hour unpaid break)

Key duties & responsibilities:
Wash and sanitise cups, utensils, and pantry equipment
Operate and manage the food lift; ensure food is delivered promptly and safely
Prepare and package food orders for delivery
Prepare and top up drinks, including making tea and managing water stations
Prepare sauces and after-meal fruit as part of the dining experience
Restock pantry supplies and keep the area well-organised and ready for service
Support the kitchen and service team with basic tasks during busy periods
Assist with simple food preparation or plating when required
Table service (table set-up, serving food, order taken etc.)
Maintain restaurant general cleaning
