Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests feel valued and well-cared for from arrival to departure. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous, but a positive attitude and a passion for customer service are essential. All positions are paid, including internships, and provide valuable experience within the food and beverage industry.

Duties

Greet guests warmly, deal with delivery riders efficiently. Take and pack orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly Provide excellent guest services, addressing any enquiries or special requests with professionalism Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in all service areas Assist with food preparation when required, supporting kitchen staff as needed Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system Maintain a tidy and organised dining area throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and serving protocols Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills Good understanding of basic maths for billing and cash handling purposes Experience in food preparation or culinary activities is a plus Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour Ability to upsell menu items tactfully to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Kitchen experience or culinary background can be beneficial but is not mandatory Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
