FOH Senior Host / Supervisor

We're an independent business focused on providing a great experience to guests and team alike.

We're recruiting a part-time FOH Supervisor/ Host, working with the owners, across our three pubs. The role is fully guest facing, so requires someone who is experienced and confident with being a lead host with guests, as well as supervising FOH operations on their shift, ensuring all our guests have a fantastic experience. Previous experience of opening and closing in a food based pub/restaurant/hotel is essential.

Our aim is to provide all our guests with a great experience; with a warm welcome and friendly service, super tasty food and delicious drinks, in tastefully designed venues with a warm and enjoyable ambience.

As FOH Supervisor & Host working 3 to 4 days a week, not only will you be a highly valued member of the team where your views matter, you'll also play a key role in ensuring the front of house runs successfully. The successful candidate will:

Have a highly positive and friendly attitude Have at least 2 year's experience of working in a busy food led pub, hotel, or similar business Have experience of opening & closing, and will have been the lead person on a busy food service Be organised with ideally some knowledge of the key elements in a busy pub: reservation management, serving on a bar, table management, working in partnership with kitchen team, staff scheduling, people supervision Be able to build great relationships across the business Have a can do approach - likes to keep busy and seeks out jobs for self and team to do Be able to think on their feet, solving problems with a positive outcome Ideally drive to get across the 3 sites
Total reward package

Up to 14.50 ph (including tips/service charge)
