We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service, and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining food safety protocols and fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
Supervise morning front-of-house operations, including reception, breakfast service, and housekeeping coordination.
Provide a professional and friendly check-out experience for departing guests.
Ensure breakfast is set up and delivered to standard, working closely with the kitchen and F&B teams.
Respond promptly to guest queries, complaints, or special requests, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
Monitor and assist with daily housekeeping tasks and room readiness.
Oversee cash handling, shift reports, and daily reconciliation.
Support team members and provide training or guidance when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth handover between shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
