We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service within a vibrant restaurant environment. Responsibilities

Supervise front of house staff, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times. Oversee daily operations, including managing seating arrangements, reservations, and guest inquiries. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and adherence to food safety standards. Train, mentor, and develop team members in customer service excellence. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Assist in the development of menus and special promotions to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Familiarity with bartending and barista practices, and beverage service is advantageous. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
