What you offer us?
We want our guests to love The Lion and Lobster as much as we love it, so we need some hospitality stars to come and make that happen. Experience of working in a pub is desirable, but we think (actually, we know) that we are good trainers and coaches, just the right attitude to work and of course, that smile.
You will deliver the best hospitality experience Brighton has to offer, delivering the best food and drink to our guests with the confidence and knowledge that we will equip you with.
